In SAULA menu seasonal, contemporary, creative Lithuanian kitchen is presented giving preference to local farmer’s production such as milk, meat, fish. We are proud of representing our distinctive food culture, traditions in a modern way. Every morning SAULA chef bakes bread, boils jams and puree. We also grow herbs in our garden. Our restaurant interior is modern reflection of old Lithuanian signs, symbols and elements. Furniture was made from Lithuanian oak, lamps – the modern interpretation of an ethnographic Lithuanian straw garden, waiters’ cloths - creation of a Lithuanian designer. These premises are also of some historical value. In the 16th-17th centuries during the great Duchy of Lithuania Small Guild and Merchant Guild took place in the building. It was full of bazaar life, handicraft workshops, merchandise shops.
